This page is specifically about finding and sending Player.log files for troubleshooting and bug reports.

In this guide, you'll learn about:

Logs matters!

Log files are essential to developers! The log file lists what happened during the crash, helping us find the root cause.

There are only two histories for Player.log.

If you launched the game the third time after you encountered the issue, the affected log file is most likely gone. Please reproduce the bug before sending your log file so the log can capture that moment.

If you could tell us how to reproduce the bug, it would greatly help developers find the cause.

Shortcut!

If you can enter the game, you can open the log file directly using:

This will open the log file in File Explorer or Finder.

You can also press Ctrl + F10, open Logs from the top bar, then select Detailed Logs at the bottom. This will open the current log in a text file.

When reporting an issue, copy and paste the entire log file and send it to the developer.
