Start with One-Key Play

When learning ADOFAI, start with one key and one hand.

Start with your dominant hand so you can build a comfortable base for learning rhythm, timing, and reading before introducing hand coordination.

You don't need to immediately start using both hands. Focus on becoming comfortable with the basic rhythm and movement first.
